Suggest Treatment For Depression, Dizziness, Fatigue And Thyroid Problems

Hi there, I have thyroid problems, and have been feeling very hypo low lately. Low Temp, Low Blood Pressure, Trouble Thinking, Dry Skin, Longer Period, Tired and Fatigue all of the time, DIzzy, Depressed, Poofy Face, almost closed eyelids. I got my lab work back, and my thyroid is not hypo, but my TSH is low so I m a little hyper. Why do I have so many hypothyroid symptoms when I m actually have a slightly low TSH. I feel aweful, and I can t get a lot of help.
