Suggest Treatment For Depression And Suicidal Attempts With Bipolar
I think i'm bi polar. I've been depressed for months but before that i've spent the last five years going from being depressed to completly the oposite. Every year during the summer months between june and september i go off the rails, take drugs, i've had three terminated pregnancys basically i go completly mad. I lose all my friends and family each time this has happened. I've just noticed the switch in the last few days, i noticed because a month ago i wouldn't leave my house at all alone and i was often thinking of suicide among other things. now i'm getting these racing thoughts again like i do everytime. i'm feeling confused and i don't even feel like myself at the moment. what should i do. I've seen the doctor about not going out but haven't been back since the switch, i'm doing some CBT which i don't feel is helping and i've tried anti depressants which made me feel nothing.
