Suggest Treatment For Depression And Stress

Hi im 14 Im very depressed at the moment and im not sure why ive always had self hatred and no confidence but now I always want to cry and I never cry when I want to and ive got a heavy feeling in my chest at night usually every night Im always thinking and worried and if its a night before school its very heavy and I want to cry alot. I think its stress but im not sure what is wrong with me?
