Suggest Treatment For Depression And Excessive Sweating

Dear Sir,I am a male, 30 years, 72 kg have been suffering from depression, excessive sweating during presentation or speech since 10 years.For this I have been taking Nexito 20 mg, clonotril.5 mg. My depression is controlled while taking this tablets but not sweating.It becomes embarrassing during tension or presentation or speech or in any social situation where i am center of concentration. I am very much frustrated. Kindly help me.

You have social anxiety disorder. The treatment of social anxiety disorder depends on how bad your symptoms are! It can range from Counselling to antidepressants.

As you are already treated with anidepressants, I suggest you to meet a Psychiatrist once, so that he can help you with cognitive behavioural therapy. He can also adjust the dose of antidepressants.
