Suggest Treatment For Dent In The Head And Swelling After Injury

I hit my head skateboarding and have suffered a major concussion. Where I hit my head swelled immensely but now that it s gone down I was feeling around the edges of the bump and noticed my head goes in and after a couple days I have figured out that my head is dented is this bad and what does it mean?

Hi, while hitting your head with skateboard , you had developed scalp haematoma with underlying closed depressed fracture.
Later on swelling subsided and you are feeling margins of depressed fracture.
Closed depressed fracture do not need any treatment if not causing headache and seizures.
