Suggest Treatment For Delayed Ejaculation

I'am 27 yr old and my wife is 23, we got married a year ago. I'm working in nightshift since last 5 years and I smoke 2 cigrates daily and drink occasionally. My problem is that I'm more addicted to enjoy sex through masturbation then having sex with my wife, I often watch porn and masturbate even when my wife is in next room. Whenever I try t have sex with her, I do intercourse however, I am not able to ejaculate even after 15 minutes of sex, my weight is 100 kgs. I do decent foreplay and my wife does feel the pain when I enter her, but I have never seen a blood in her vagina, pls suggest what should I do to have a good sex with which I can eventually ejaculate my semen and have a confident sex life

The main reason for the delayed ejaculation in your case appears to be your addiction to masturbation even though you are married.

So, in order to have a satisfactory sexual relation with your wife, you must avoid watching porn movies and thus you should not indulge in getting the pleasure by doing masturbation, because excessive masturbation quite often results in dry ejaculate and sometimes it may be painful for you or blood may accompany during the emission.
