Suggest Treatment For Delay In Period?

I am 21 years old and often have irregular periods.I was supposed to have my periods on 6th of feb but did not get it in around that date.As I had events so decided to take a tablet that delays it,but instead got my periods on 14th.I had protected sex with my significant half on 18th feb and he did not even discharge inside me.Its 21march as of today and I still havent got my periods.Is it the effect of the tablet,? Please help me I am scared to bits.Cannot let my family know.Suggest helpful advice to abort it in case I am pregnant

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home. It will rule out pregnancy. If negative, you can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. If positive, consult a doctor if you don't want pregnancy.
