General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns,I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. In the first meeting, I advise my patients for the causes of dehydration and hypokalemia, but in your case it is very clear that your problem is due to interaction between (Valsartan+Microzide) so it is a very fatal problem for which time to time patient comes to hospital. So change Bp medication first because always Replenishment of Potassium in blood is not a permanent solution of it.Start on these changes and get back to me in 7 days. Wish you good health.
