hi, I was wondering how to tell when you're too dehydrated and need to get IV fluids. I struggle with anorexia and I have been dehydrated since wednesday. I feel really dizzy when I get up and get a racing heart and my muscles feel really weak. I think i'm urinating only 2-3 times a day
