Good afternoon. I am writing on behalf of my dear friend. Her son is just over three years old. He was hearing for the first six months of his life. He then contracted a several bacterial meningitis infection and acquired bilateral sensorineural deafness. Several standard treatments have been investigated and rejected or been ineffective.
