Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain you have oily skin which means that there is excessive production of sebum [oil] from sebaceous glands and the individuals with oily skin are more prone to acne due to clogging of there glands with dirt and dust and can also lead to infection..
For active Acne:
You should wash your face using a Salicylic acid containing face wash..
Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide containing gel over the pimples..
Maintain dryness of face by washing 3 to 4 times a day with a mild medicated face wash..
Apply aloevera gel as it will not make the face oily as well as has antibacterial properties so will not cause eruption of acne..

For dark complexion:
Avoid any steroid based cream and apply KOJIC ACID containing cream over face twice a day as it is a mushroom extract and safe for long term use..
Exfoliate your face twice a week with a mild scrub..
Avoid using harsh chemical containing cosmetics on face and use only Dermatologically tested ones..
Always apply SPF 50 containing moisturiser over face to protect from sun tan..

In case if you do not find improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advise you to take oral antibiotics like Muricoprin and other drugs like Isotretinoin..
Glycolic peels and dermabrasion can also be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
