Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots On The Right Arm

I had a stress zit I thought on my arm that was on my arm for a couple months I finally gotta all the pus out of it but there is a dark spot there that looks like a bruise and that has been there for at least month and won t go away? Not sure why it won t go away and should I be worried? Also had a zit or ingrown hair on my right hand and I tried getting the hair out and it just got infected and now every day it gets worse if have to get pus out of it every day and it hurt! What is this and what should I do?! Both are on the right arm and hand i don t know if that matters?

HI
Well come to HCM
Infective lesion would be very likely and if pus is there then this needs antibiotic and the best option would be "Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day for five days, no need to squeeze this because this could cause more swelling and delayed healing, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
