Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are using a steroid based cream that is Panderm and steroid creams can initially give good results like reducing darkness of skin but it has of a drawback of relapse of dark pigmentation..

Also long term use has severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, rashes, itching, excess hairgrowth and dilated veins under the skin..

I would therefore suggest you to start using safer depigmentation creams like those containing kojic acid, arbutin and glycolic acid creams etc..
You should also use Vitamin E and C containing creams..
You can also wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for treatments like Photofacial, chemical peeling etc..
Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
