Hello,
Dark circles around the eyes is pretty common and treatable condition. Irregular and incomplete sleep cycle, unhealthy food habits, mental stress, smoking and drinking are commonly causes of dark circles.
In this case you should visit your primary physician for thorough body check up and treatment. By the time you need to change your food habits, healthy and home made food is strongly advisable. Meal time should be fixed everyday. Smoking and drinking strictly prohibited in your case.
You should take 7-8 hours continuous sleep with fix sleeping time everyday. Mental stress should be reduced as much as possible. If you are reading or working on screen for long duration then try to close eyes for 2-5 mins duration after every 1-1:30 hrs.

Thanks & Take Care,
Dr. Suraj D.
