Suggest Treatment For Dark Blemishes On Nose And Cheeks

hiii my face is very oily and i had a blemishes on my nose and cheeks. Blemishes are very dark and my face skin is very rough. i had acne too on my face.....after bathing my face is very dry. i consult with dermatologist at my area......he prescribe me the some medicines that is 1 tab minoz Od-100 mg 2 cap Tretiva 20 3 Calack Lotion 4 Acnegaurd soap i m basically from shimla hp...whenever i can go there my face turn into dry....and after 1,2 months using this medicine same problem occurred again....so their is any permanent cure form all this...specially about blemishes . thanks

I can understand your concern for the blemishes on face.

After reading your query I can make out that you were prescribed minocycline antibiotic. This antibiotic is prone to cause darkness and sunburn as long as is used. Though long-term side effects are not known but it can sensitize the skin.
I suggest you to not to take such kind of antibiotics in future. The most important part of your treatment is by sun protection.

Use a sunscreen regularly for 3-4 times a day. I suggest my patients to apply every 3 hourly. In my patients I prefer to suggest application of Kojic acid cream with arbutin at might time.

I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get most appropriate therapy according to the grade of pigmentation.
