Hi,

You have given imperfect history.. Still,It seems that most probably you may be having lichen simplex chronicus. There may be mild to severe itchiness, tough skin and lichenified plaque. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

You may apply combined oint of steroid and salicylic acid like clop S oint. twice a day. If needed, you may take steroid orally in tappering dose. If there is itching, levocetirizine may be taken.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
