Suggest Treatment For Cyst In Groin Area

I have a cyst in the groin area. It has secreted some clear liquid with a little blood in it at times. I have no pain.
I have been on a antibiotic prescribed by my personal physician for over a week. I take sits baths every other day.
It has decreased in size since I have been on the antibiotic but not enough to make me feel comfortable about its progress.
I feel I would like to see a Specialist but I don't know who specializes in the groin area. Can you tell me what type of Specialist I should see. I am 75yrs. old, weigh 230 lbs., and am 5 ft. 10 inches tall.
I have had prostate cancer and had it surgically removed 7 years ago with no reocurrance since. I also have diabetes which is being handled by a Specialist.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. The treatment is on correct lines but you should see a Surgeon who can examine you and advice accordingly. It could be a deeper infection or an infected sebaceous cyst. In view of Diabetes you need to be very careful of any small infection. So I suggest you see a Surgeon soon and take adequate treatment. Take care.
