I have gone through your query regarding recurrent cough, headache and loss of voice. After considering all aspect of your clinical history and co-relating the symptoms it appears as you are having recurrent respiratory tract infection involving nose, paranasal sinuses, throat with sound box and lung tissue.
There may be some chronic disease like sinusitis, deviated nasal septum, enlarged adenoids and tonsils in association which may be responsible for recurrence. My suggesstion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for detail examination so that cause for recurrent infection may be identifyed and ultimately treatment may be plan out.
Regards.
