General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience with cough productive of thick mucus and a little blood with occasional urinating on yourself I am suggesting that you have developed pulmonary tuberculosis to rule out pneumonia with urinary incontinence

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
Sputum AFB
Mantoux test
Serum PSA
URINE CULTURE

Meanwhile please see a pulmonologist specialist as well as urologist for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
