Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to suggest you as follows:

1. I usually treat such my patients with levocetirizine, montelukast and regular salbutamol inhaler for at least 5-7 days.

2. As you have asthma, I would like to know whether you need to take any inhaler regularly. If so, please continue to take them.

3. Daily steam inhalation and warm saline gargles twice a day will also help you a lot.

4. Please avoid exposure to cold air, dusts and smokes as much as possible.

5. Please take rest and have plenty of fluids, especially warm fluids to maintain hydration. This will also help you in early recovery.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
