Suggest Treatment For Cough , Chest Congestion And Diarrhea

Hi, I ve had a cold for the past 4 days. Coughing, sneezing, slight upper chest congestion, nausea, diarrhea, and today.. The smell of bleach when I inhale through my nose. It s been there all day and I have not used nor been around any types of bleach/ammonia cleaners. Is there reason for concern? Thank you, Holly

Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question
in my opinion it seems you are suffering from upper resp tract infection with diarrhoea , it can be
- bacterial
- viral

if i would be your treating doctor i would reuest for a chest xray and a sputum culture and stool for ova and cyst to reach to a certain diagnosis

you need to consult a pulmonologist who can prescribe you some broad spectrum antibiotics and decongestants along with a anti protozoal after investigating and examining

disscuss all these modalities with your pulmonologist so that he can help you better

thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
