Suggest Treatment For Cough And Sore Throat

I had a sore throats with a cough and went into my chest. Cough is clearing up and my throats is still sore. It s only on my right side and my tonsil is red and sore. My glands are not swollen. What can I do as my throats has been sore off and on for a week.

-Tab. Cefpodoxime
-Tab. Cetirizine
-Tab. Paracetamol.
