General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the convulsive vomiting syndrome with normal scans and scopies do indicate possible issue with chemoreceptro trigger zone for the vomiting. Following measures will help you to get better recovery:
- Drink liquids in more amount at sessions
- Prefer small, frequent meals
- Chew your food thoroughly
- Prefer bland, vegan diet
- Avoid all spices, non veg, dairy fat, junk food
- Control of blood cholesterol and body weight
- Intake of anti emetic as Ondancetron or Granicetron with sips of water on empty stomach
- PPI as Lanzoprazole on empty stomach
- Maintain rhythm of sound regular sleeP
- Avoidance of anxiety, stress
- Quit alcohol and smoking if consuming

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
