Suggest Treatment For Convulsions In A Child

hello doc my 11 years neice is having some problem is started about 20 days ago she complains of dil ghabrana and started crying and sobbing all of a sudden and was shaking , now from last 10 days its got worst when she is lying on bed she screams *mar daloongi* and throws hands and feet kind of fit, hard to control

I am sorry to hear about your child. The symptoms you mentioned in your child can be a medical abnormality but considering the age of your child and the description you gave, it could be something other than a seizure. Before even diagnosing what the problem is, she should be taken to a pediatrician and also a neurologist to rule out medical problems which might need a eeg and a Ct scan of brain. At your end, I would suggest you try to talk to her and fins out that something which is scaring her and what exactly your child feels is trying to kill her. A lot of talking in private with your daughter might make things clearer. Happy to clear any further doubts. Take care .
