Suggest Treatment For Continuous Pain After T12 Fracture

my name is shannon, I was in a bad horse accident in 2005, I fractured my t12 and have had one back surgey a year and a half ago, i have been having a lot of continual pain and the last mri and xray i had done show that i have scolises at 32 its bad and that there are several discs pushing on my nerve roots to both my legs i need a dr that takes medicaid ins and will help me

Hello,

Continuous T12 fracture pain after surgery you should see a physiotherapist regularly to help your thorax bone less pain. Some pain killers can help your pain such as it is not severe you can use acetaminophen or NSAIDs (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs). If you have very severe pain you can try tramadol. Those medicines can help only a short term but long term management is seeing a physiotherapist.
