Hello and welcome
thrush at your age could be related to STI
Which may occur due to unhygienic conditions
hormonal imbalance or reduced immunity

in my opinion you should ask your doctor for a swab test for culture and sensitivity or an urine test for microscopy as well as culture to establish the diagnosis of an infective agent

Have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
practice safe sex
multivitamin supplements

Hope.this helps you
good luck
