General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to give some tests:
1. Skin Patch test
2. Complete Blood Count

I would like to start these medications:
Clobetasol Topical: Apply a thin layer to affected areas and rub in gently and completely. For acute relief, refer to Cetirizine/Pseudoephedrine.

Follow some guidelines:
1. try to identify the allergen/stimulant which causes dermatitis in you. try to avoid it.
2. use sun protection cream. use SPF 30 before going out
3. Use little cold to normal water. Do not use warm water.

Do not worry. If this treatment does not work, we can give you more steroids regimen or we can also go for immunological treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
