Suggest Treatment For Constipation

SIR, I'M SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC CONSTIPATION FROM PAST 1.5 YEARS, TOOK LAXATIVE LIKE DULCOLAX REGULARLY, BUT THESE DAYS MY ISSUE IS GETTING WORST AND HAVE STOPPED USING DULCOLAX INSTEAD TAKING 1 GLASS OF AMLA JUICE ONCE I TWO DAYS ........AFTER TAKING FOOD I FEEL BIT HEAVY ALL THE TIME AND THESE DAYS I'M HAVING GASTIC PROBLEM AS WELL....CAN YOU HELP ME OUT..>>>

You have chronic constipation problem that may related to any medical condition like irritable bowel syndrom, hypothyroidism, diatetes,intestinal infection or intestinal obstruction etc....

Some medicine may cause constipation problem.
Diagnose the main cause.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Take following care like. ..

Drink warm water at morning regularly.
Drink more water per day.

Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid fatty foods and oily foods.

Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Eat high fiber foods like whole grains, black beans etc. .. .
Avoid junk foods.

Take Apple,kiwi, pear like fruits that help in digestion.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower....etc.
Ginger and garlic help in proper digestion and gas relief.
Avoid stressful condition.

Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation.
Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for diagnose.
