constipation but based on what you have described, I would need to explain constipation and normal bowel movement work.
It is normal for one to pass stool only once a week. Some people may pass stool a few times a day and some only once a week. ideally, stool would have to be semi-solid but this can vary. In case you are only passing stool once a week but the stool is healthy, it is alright.
