Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I cant poop, i feel the urge and still nothing. I have taken laxatives and prune juice, when i do enemas i poop really soft poop thats comes in a pile together as if they are stopping me to be able to poop, and one time during the enemas there was blood, i don t have insurance right now but what should i do?

There are many reasons for constipation but based on what you have described, I would need to explain constipation and normal bowel movement work.

It is normal for one to pass stool only once a week. Some people may pass stool a few times a day and some only once a week. ideally, stool would have to be semi-solid but this can vary. In case you are only passing stool once a week but the stool is healthy, it is alright.

Here are a few things you can try for this.
Eat a high fibre diet like eating a lot of fruits, oats, and other fibre
Drink lots of water and at least 2 litres a day
Sleep more than 8 hours a day
Exercise regularly
Start a regular bowel movement routine of using the toilet

Along with this, getting a check up and a sigmoidoscopy and an ultrasound of the abdomen can help as well.
