Two most important things: 1st is diet and 2nd is exercise and after it medicines to relieve

First do regular exercise to relax your gut. Sedentary life style will make it very difficult to relieve.Go daily walking after lunch and dinner. Drink plenty of fluids and juices. Diet must have fibers. nuts, potato, broccoli, apples, banana, beans etc are full of fibers. Daily increase these in your food.

over the counter medication like laxatives. Try to move your bowels don't suppress it. You can use
lactulose or
miralax after consultation of your clinician. If very serious condition, after
enema, manually can be evacuate.
