Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hi I was constipated and somewhat forced bowel movement (resulting in bleeding). I have pain in my anus area which woke me up. I have a history of constipation. I have been taking Fybogel for the past few weeks. My problem is that I am away from my country and would like to know what remedy will help for the next week until I get home to discuss with my doc. Regards

Welcome to HCM. Try and prevent constipation by taking regular fibre diet, laxatives and plenty of water.

For your current issue, there will be over the counter medications available like preparation H. Topical numbing creams can help you to relieve the pain.

if you see lot of bleeding you should go to ER.
