Suggest Treatment For Constipation While On Chemotherapy

my husband is 57 yrs he has stage 3 invasive squamous cell cancer in his lung , he has severe constipation he has taken senna , miralax and Magnesium Citrate which he vomited that up in about an hour later .he had a very small hard BM early this morning but he hasn t had a bowel movement for several days . he is at the end of a break from Chemo and will start another round of 60 days once a week treatments . should we call his Oncologist again or take him kicking and screaming to the hospital? sorry to waste your time my husband said no to your fee .again I m sorry
