Suggest Treatment For Constipation In A 2 Month Old Child

Hi Dr,my son wl b 2 months on Wednesday, he has constipation,he hardly sleeps for 1 hour,he just doesn t sleep on his own.He is not a crying baby though but he is usually fussy. He makes sounds of discomfort when sleeping at night.he makes a big sound wen burping and when I lift him to burp him after a feeding he usually makes a wheezing like sound.he farts and poos with effort but his poo is not hard nor loose.what is wrong with him

I think you may better upload a photo of the red brown spot so that I can give you a better opinion. I think it can be a fungal infection of the skin rather than Lyme disease.
