hi, your symptoms suggest external hemorrhoids. constipation is a risk factor for hemorrhoids , as excess pelvic pressure during straining can cause prolapse of anal mucosa. you will be relieved with laxatives like liquid paraffin syrup and high fiber diet. if you still have persisting symptoms a week after change of diet, you should consult a surgeon. all the best.
