Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Blood In Urine And Lower Abdominal Pain
I haven t been able to defecate for the past two days. I had dinner tonight that was a lot higher in fiber than I m used to, and I ve defecated three different times tonight. All of my bowel movements have been solid and painless. I was passing urine earlier and I farted, and it felt like a wet fart. But when I wiped, there was a little bit of clear mucous that had a tiny bit of blood on it. Since then, I ve been having very mild pain in my lower abdomen. I m not sure if the blood was just a result of irritation from wiping too much and the mild stomachache is just anxiety, or if it s more serious?

Likely issue of posterior anal fissure from passage of hard stool. Following measures will help better recovery:
- Plenty of liquids
- High fiber diet with green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits
- Avoid all spices, non veg, junk items, dairy fat
- Bulk forming laxative such as bran or psyllium husk
- Sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water)
- Local application of Xylocaine jelly (5%) and Diltiazem (2%) on alternate basis
- Analgesic with anti inflammatory actions as Diclofenac or Aceclofenac
- Should also refrain from smoking and alcohol consumption if applicable
