Noted the history of staying away from family, with friends in Canada, working in night shift from 4.30 pm to 3 am and have developed
constipation. Noted the foods and beverages that you take.
The history is suggestive of the following:
Changed environment, foods, bowel habits, body clock, away from family, changed habits all put together can be the reasons for the constipation.
I would advise you the following:
Identify and make a list of the foods an beverages that you think cause constipation in you and stop altogether.
Increase the amount of green leafy vegetables in diet as also fibers.
You can certainly try mild laxative like
cremaffin or cremaffin plus at bedtime and adjust the dosages as per the needs.
This way you can achieve relief from constipation .
