hi, i am bangladeshi(asian) and age is 36 and i am male. i have below problem I lost my weight. And microalbomine found in blood After take medeci - coversyl-4 mg it was found ok. Now i again lost my weight- about 1 kg if i eat red meat then i have problem in stool pass and some time found blood

It may indicate many disorders but in most cases this is caused by heorrhoids or food allergy,however, you should do colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel diseases and IBS,and polyps. SOme serious diagnoses are rare in this age. Food allergy testing should be done as well and you should follow high fibre diet.
