Hi I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query. You are reporting to have constipation and after that fresh blood on stools associated with pain during the day. Your symptoms are mostly related with ; - anal fissurae - hemorrhoids If I were your treating doctor I would suggest as follows: - take plenty of water - use extravergine olive oil - use fresh fruits and vegetables - increase physical activity - avoid fried and fast foods - use preparation H to relieve anal pain. If your symptoms doesn't improve than you should consult proctologist specialist. Hope it was helpful to you. Dr.Klerida
