Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Blood In Stool

hi
i am 25 yr old. i have been suffering with constipation for 10 yrs. because of this once i got a problem which doctor named as pistula but doctor managed to treat it with medicines. but afterwards whenever constipation happens the fresh blood starts coming with stool and i feel pain whole day.
please advise me what can should i do?

I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.
You are reporting to have constipation and after that fresh blood on stools associated with pain during the day.
Your symptoms are mostly related with ;
- anal fissurae
- hemorrhoids
If I were your treating doctor I would suggest as follows:
- take plenty of water
- use extravergine olive oil
- use fresh fruits and vegetables
- increase physical activity
- avoid fried and fast foods
- use preparation H to relieve anal pain.
If your symptoms doesn't improve than you should consult proctologist specialist.
