Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Bloated Stomach
hello, I have been experiencing stomach and digestive problems for about two months now. I get constipated and bloated after eating and I have very bad stomach cramps regularly. I eat healthy, oatmeal in the morning, chicken and vegetables for dinner. I am not sure if it is a food allergy or something wrong with my digestive system.
