Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Abdominal Spasms

I started having stomach problems almost 3 years ago and no one can figure me out. My stomach seams to start tightening up or straing, twitching, spazzing or something. I have taken so many different medications and nothing works. I can t tell if it is my intestines or my stomach. My left side hurts and I have a lot of gut noise, but only the left side. When I get up in the morning I feel pretty good, but as soon as I start walking or standing up my problem starts. It has gotten to the point I feel like my intestines are going to burst from the strain. My stomach is so blotted and large now I am ashamed. My relief is to lay down or find a position sitting that is halfway comfortable. I had a colonoscopy done on the 14 and go for a test to check the rest of my intestines that can t be checked with a colonoscopy. I have found myself holding my breath and after awhile it seems my heart hurts. I have also stared feeling as if I am about to black out. All I am told is IBS or Cronic constpation, and even scar tissue. I just want to get my quality of life back. I look like I am 9 months pregnant. Please Help!

If you want to get back the quality of your life back then you have to do these things:
1. Refrain from smoking if you do smoke.
2. Refrain from alcohol.
3. You must not use high calorie diets, drinks or fast foods.
4. Eat high fiber diets.
5. Drink water like this: 250 mL as you get up in the morning then 300 to 500 mL in half an hour till breakfast. 300mL water for every tea or coffee you use. Take 500 mL water before lunch and dinner.
6. After taking food do not lie down. Walk at least 20 minutes after taking every meal.
7. Eat small portions of meal and also do the thyroid function tests to rule out the hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism.
