Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that it can be Epigastric hernia. I would recommend you to meet a surgeon and discuss this case with him. If there is any hernia on ultrasound examination than you might need surgery to take care of this. Most probably it is only fatty tissue that is coming out and it can be tackle with a very small procedure.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
I find this answer helpful
