Suggest Treatment For Constant Itching On Both Arms

In late spring started with the itching of both arms every time I would be in the sun. Then started getting bumps on both arm s Itching constantly when I am in sun or if I get hot they start itching. No lotion or cream helps. Sometime I have to take Benadryl for itching and it will help. Some of the bumps are getting larger and I have 2 places that turned into small moles. Do you have any idea what it could be.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
This is something called photosensitivity. Excessive exposure to sunlight causes sunburn. Sunburns destroy skin, which controls the amount of heat our body retains. Anyone who visits a beach, goes fishing, works in the yard, or simply is out in the sun can get sunburned. Severity ranges from black spots to blisters.
Advice
1.     Apply Spectraban sensitive sunscreen before going to sunlight. You can also use other over the counter sunscreen which is used for cosmetic purpose preferably with SPF more than 30
2.     Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice daily after meal orally for 5 days
3.     Levocetirizine (tablet Vozet) 5 mg daily for 7 days for itching
4.     Try to avoid exposure to sunlight
5.     Apply ice pack 3 – 4 times daily
6.     Apply aloevera-based lotions such as Elovera cream 3 times daily for soothing effect. You can also apply calamine lotion three times daily if alovera based cream is not available
7.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water
8.     Fully cover your skin with cloth whilst in sunlight
Thanks
