Suggest Treatment For Constant Diarrhea, Leg Pain And Tinnitus
I May 16,2016, I am having diarrhea constantly no matter what I eat or drink, also my legs ache so bad I can not sleep. And now for the past 3 days have had ringing in my right ear along with a knot on my incision on my back near my spine/ should I be concerned as I have no energy and becoming very irritable each day?

Tinnitus is a common issue and most causes are benign and temporary. However it this lasts for a longer period then it should be evaluated.
Tinnitus can occur due to causes like chronic ear infection, perforated eardrum, Eustachian tube dysfunction, Meniere's disease, TMJ disorders, Acoustic Neuroma etc.
Tinnitus is not a disease in itself but it is a symptom that indicates that there is some underlying illness. I would suggest you consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Audiometry, x-ray MRI can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
In case if ringing does not resolve then you can be advised medicines like Tricyclic Anti-depressant like Amitryptiline, anti-anxiety medication like Alprazolam, as well as Multivitamin supplements can be advised.
