Suggest Treatment For Concussion

I took a nasty fall down the stairs in our home 2 days ago. Went to the ER, had X-rays, CT and was diagnosed with a concussion. Other than a nasty black eye, bruised up body, I was able to tolerate everything using Tylenol until last night. I am now having a hard time breathing and my chest (left side) is super painful. Could this be a pneumothorax? Should I be worried? I can't get any relief. Cold and hot packs aren't working. Hurts to lie down. Hurts to take deep breaths.
