Suggest Treatment For Complete Lack Of Appetite

I have a 16 year old son with no appetite and it has been like this for quite a while. He weighs 95 pounds and is 5 foot 3. You can count his ribs..... he will eat a few bites of food and says he is full. Is there anything i can give him to increase his appetite?

Hello
The loss of appetite might have some medical causes which must be treated first. You must visit a paediatrician for that. You can give him syrup cyproheptadine 2 tea-spoons twice a day. This will improve his appetite.
Thanks.
