Suggest Treatment For Cold With Sore Throat, Mild Fever And Earache

I have had a what I thought was a cold with sore throat for 10 days . not getting better. I have a low fever. I received a pneumonia last Monday and the sore throat is now worse and I have an earache. My concern is this I have had a double hip replacement in three months ago. Should I be concerned if it is a strep related earache that I could get ann infection in my hip. should I go to the doctor tomorrow? my email address is: YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of throat could be due to allergic condition and if I would be the physician of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Loratadine three times in day, try hot saline water gargle and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
