Hello You are having cough, sneezing, fever, puffiness eyes , so these symptoms may be due to these reasons , these include: 1 Acute bronchitis or cold or flu either due to viral infection , so take tylenol ( paracetamol 650 mg ) twice in day . Since you are also having cold and coughing so take dextromethophan+chlopheniramine +menthol syrup 1 TSF twice in day . 2 Acute pharyngitis is another most common cause of such symptoms . Take above mentioned treatment with levofloxacin 500 mg once in day for 5 days .However , there are so many other reasons of such symptoms but you may respond with above mentioned treatment . If fever still present more than 5-7 days then consult a physician and get his opinion. Good luck.
