Suggest Treatment For Coccyx Pain, Prolapse Discomfort, Dyspareunia And Incomplete Defecation Feeling

I am looking for a bi partisan view of the best surgical treatment for a Grade 3 rectocele. + vaginal atrophy.but no evidence of other prolapse. CST nil. PID not noted or expected. Experiencing symptoms of coccyx pain, prolapse discomfort, dyspareunia, some incomplete feeling when defecating or extended length of time to do so. I have researched use of mesh by colorectal surgery and perineal surgery by Uro/gyn s. I would prefer abdominal laparoscopic treatment as it has better outcomes. However I m not sure. the longevity of surgisis mesh is in question but synthetic has corrosive and infection complications. Perineal surgery can cause more dyspareunia, more painful and longer recovery time. I am 63 and otherwise quite well.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Get checked physically by a GI surgeon as few tests and imaging studies are needed for proper treatment. Do online sahaj meditation program of 'Art of Living'. It is very helpful in healing of dyspareunia and other problems. It is mentioned in few researches.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
