Hi, I am a female and am almost 29. I have a cluster of little lumps on my face (on one cheek closer to my jaw line) which are red. They are itchy. My face doesn t look swollen. I just woke up this morning with these and now 15 hours later; I still have them on my face (they have not gone down). I do not ever get pimples and I do not wear make up. I have not changed my diet or my face washes / moisturisers. Do you know what this could be? It doesn t look like a spider bite from google images. I do not feel stressed at the moment but I do have a bit going on (getting married in 52 days; starting to build a home and working full time with new staff members). These do not look like pimples just really small bumps. I went off the pill about 18 months ago and for the last two months my periods have been irregular (taking over 45 days to come) so could this be a hormone random one off thing that would just go away with time? Please let me know if you have any thoughts on how I can get these to go away. Thanks!
