Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have severe fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis and severe headache in left side of head and eye pain. A lot of individuals with MS show pain symptoms like muscle pains, tightness of muscles, headache etc. Such symptoms occur due to fibromyalgia. For neurological finding take proper treatment from a neurologist. Foot drop should not be ignored completely.

For fibromyalgia and pain symptoms medicines like Duloxetine, Venlafaxine etc can help. These medicines will help to reduce pain and will improve pain. For severe headache and muscle pains medicines like Pregabalin, Gabapentin etc can help. Visit a psychiatrist for help.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
